A BBQ and unknown transfers.

Dear Family and Friends,

It's been a great week. I don't have a ton of time to write, so I'll just give a few highlights of my week.

Last Monday we had a district barbeque, which was super fun. We went to a park and ate and played volleyball. We also had another companionship in our district with us.

On Tuesday we met one of the less active sisters in one of our wards. She was so nice and we're going back tonight to meet her nonmember husband. We think there's a lot of potential there and we really hope he'll be willing to learn more about the gospel and how much it can bless his family.

On Wednesday we met with one of our investigators, F. We taught her the Restoration, and she seems so prepared to hear the gospel. It's been so cool to see. We hope she'll continue to progress. She's got 3 kids and they'd love going to church. I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

Saturday we had the relief society broadcast, which was super cool. I love that we have the chance twice a year to hear from the leaders of the church. They are truly called of God and inspired in what they need to tell us. I encourage all of you to watch all 4 sessions of general conference next weekend. It will definitely make a difference in your life.

Sunday we had a stake youth fireside. We had Elder B (Assistant to the President) and Sister CW (sister training leader) speak. And Sister K and I were part of a musical number with some of the youth and a few other missionaries. It was a really cool experience and inspired the youth. It got them more excited about missionary work. We're excited to see how they react to the fireside. I was grateful to be a part of it and to get to hear the speakers. The Lord really is hastening His work, and I am so blessed to be a part of it.

And then last night we were supposed to get transfer calls, but we haven't actually gotten them yet. I guess there are a lot of changes, and they didn't have time to make the calls, so I'm not sure yet what's happening. They've started making calls this morning, but I won't know before I have to get off the computer. I do know that Sister K is going to be a sister training leader. But I don't know what that means for me yet. I'll let you know next week.

I hope you're all doing well and enjoying life back home. I love and miss you all and hope you have a wonderful week!

Love always,

Baylee

The pictures are of us driving to the district barbeque, me and sister W matching on Friday, and me and my roommates waiting for transfer calls last night. Even though they never came...Haha.
