Well, I've officially been gone for a year now. It's crazy. The time has flown by and just keeps flying by. I'm down to my last 4 transfers. We have transfers this week, but we still haven't gotten calls yet, so I'm not sure what's happening yet. I'll find out soon hopefully.
Last Monday we did another dodgeball/nerf gun war-it was quite fun. I even bought my own sweet nerf gun for it. Haha.
Other highlights of the week:
We got a new investigator in one of our wards. His name is Robin, and his wife is a member. He's really sincere in his desire to learn more about the gospel. We're excited to keep teaching him.
Planning was pretty fun on Friday. Our zone leaders decided it would be more productive for all of us to plan in the gym, so we did, and it was very much NOT productive. Haha. It was rather entertaining though. Elder Lee decided it meant he needed to go home and put on his superman pajamas so he could "superplan." So I'll attach a picture of that too.
And then Saturday was incredible because we got to see Michelle get baptized. It was an amazing service. She had so much support from the people in the ward and she was so happy. The spirit there was amazing. And Sister Bateman and I got to speak on baptism and the Gift of the Holy Ghost. It has been such an amazing blessing to teach her and help her learn more about the gospel. She was confirmed on Sunday and again, her joy was incredible to see. She's so happy and recognizes that this is just the beginning. And she invited her nonmember friend to her baptism, and she really enjoyed it as well.
And that was pretty much my week. It was a great week and filled with miracles. Also, we just got transfer calls, and I'm staying in my area. Sister Bateman's being transferred though, so I'll be getting a new companion.
Well I love and miss you all and hope you have a wonderful week!
Love Always,
Baylee
So the pictures are of us with Michelle and of Elder Lee at planning
