Dear family and friends,
Well this past week was pretty good. It wasn't too busy, but it was a lot of fun.
On Tuesday we had our last district meeting with our zone before transfers and then we went out to eat. That was pretty fun. Especially since like half our zone was leaving so things were going to get really switched up.
And then Wednesday was transfer meeting. We didn't get to go though, because we were working at the temple open house that day since Sister Chase and I weren't being transferred. I love the open house and working there, but this was a crazy transfer meeting and I really wish I could've been there. They created a new zone. We got a new AP ( which was totally unexpected). And they switched our zone boundaries. Again. I am now in the Bella Vista zone. I still think it's kind of hilarious that I've been in the same area my entire mission, but have now been in 3 different zones. But one of my new zone leaders was also my zone leader at the beginning of my mission, so that's cool.
On Friday we had new missionary meeting for all the missionaries that have been out for 6 or 12 weeks, so we went to that for Sister Chase. It was a great meeting. I learned a lot and loved seeing everyone there.
And then that night we went to teach Devon, our investigator who is 9 years old. His family is coming back to church after being away for years, and so he's going to baptized. And we decided on March 8 for his baptism day, so I'm super excited about that. He's been loving going to church and reading The Book of Mormon. So we're excited to keep teaching him.
And then on Saturday we got to go to the open house again. It was super busy, but really great. They said there were 22,000 people that went through that day. That's insane! But really awesome. I also got to see Sister Carroll there, that was fun.
And then Sunday was a great day too. Church was really uplifting and I just enjoyed the day overall.
So yeah, my week wasn't terribly exciting, but I enjoyed it. Sorry this email's so short, but I never really know what to talk about. So I guess if you want longer updates, tell me what you want to hear about. Haha.
Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful week. And Happy Valentine's Day! I love and miss you all!
Love always,
Baylee
